Asian Paints Hiring For EXECUTIVE I – SAFETY at India Full Time

 Maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management system at the plant in order to eliminate or minimize the injuries and sudden illness

 Assist manager safety on sustenance of health of the safety management performance and standard in the plant and to make any improvements to it thereby creating safe & healthy working environment in the plant

 Maintain effective implementation of safety manual requirements & statutory provisions under various health & safety statutes in alignment with the essential goals, day to day operations of the plant

 Support and assist the Manager safety and other management staff in the fulfillment of work permit requirements

 Advise staff / operators in adopting safe work practices to prevent personal injuries

 Support newly joined employees by providing comprehensive safety inductions

 Verify compliance of Asian paints safety manual by circulating and tracking audit and compliance reports

 Support the purchasing and stores department in procurement of high quality and availability of personal protective equipment referred in Asian Paints Safety Manual

 Advise sections on compliance of planned inspections

 Conduct plant safety inspections to advice workmen on safe work practices, identifying unsafe conditions at work area

 Advise sections and management in identifying appropriate root cause and corrective actions for incidents taken place in the plant

 Render support in investigation and identification of root cause for selected accidents

 Conduct TBT’s on prevention of safety incidents, industrial diseases and safe usage of PPE’s

 Provide support on the maintenance of such records as are necessary relating to accidents, dangerous occurrences and industrial diseases

 Organize and promote campaigns, programmes, trainings on fire safety and safe work practices to all workmen with the support of training department
