Central India’s Leading Automobile Dealership Group is hiring for Female Tele Calling Executive. You will be looking after the Sales & Service related inbound and outbound calling.

Responsibilities

• Handling calls related to Sales & Service of Automobile Dealership
• Handling calls related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Resolving customer queries and issues related to products and service
• Understanding customer’s requirements and demands and close the sales efficiently
• Following up with customers on a regular basis

Requirements

• Work experience as a Tele Caller, Tele Marketer or a similar role in Customer Care
• Work experiece in Automobile Industry will be preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage and handle client conversations
• Good convincing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
