We are looking for a Business Development Executive to assist with Daily Tasks and Vendor Management.

*Responsibilities:

• Responsible for onboarding the vendors by understanding the requirements and providing optimum solutions and share best practices with them.

• Provide product training to vendors and coordinate/escalate unresolved issues with the help of internal teams.

• Answer Inbound/Outbound Calls Professionally, provide information about products and services and obtain details of complaints the customers.

• Resolve vendor grievances in a time-bound manner

• Prepare weekly reports on progress and identify process improvements

• Agreement signing and KYC verification.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge about the Automobile Industry.

• Tech-savvy and a fast learner

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.

• Capable of working with different teams.

• Optimum Solution and quick decision-maker.Project management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize and negotiate.
