Desired Candidate Profile

· To ensure the highest standard of patient care at all times

· Excellent documentation skill

· To have excellent communication skills

· To perform all routine embryological duties. These include: sperm preparation, semen analysis, media preparation, oocyte screening/denudation, fertilization checking, embryo grading

· ICSI and cryopreservation/thawing to be performed when competency has been proven or acquired

· Regular monitoring of functioning and quality control of the lab

. To provide embryology counseling to patinets

· To comply with laboratory quality control procedures and policies

· To assist in stock control & ordering of embryological reagents and consumables

· To maintain accurate records of all clinical activities performed

· To maintain accurate records of cryo-preserved gametes and embryos, semen assessment

· To assist in the organization of embryology data collection

· Assist in both production and promotion of scientific activity related with the IVF and Andrology laboratories

· To participate in any audit work within the embryology laboratory if required

· To attend and participates in regular clinical and embryology meetings

· Attend conferences and taking part in training activities

· Performing all functional entrusted in relation to the mission of the management in order to contribute to the smooth running of the center

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,156.07 – ₹30,000.00 per month
