ASPIRE SPACES PRIVATE LIMITED Hiring for Store Keeper at Hyderābād Full Time

This job role is responsible for managing the timely receipt of material/items at stores/stock yard, ensuring proper storage, issuing and delivery system at construction site along with maintaining inventory through computer system and physical registers, books etc.

Any Graduate candidate who is fluent in carrying out end to end process of Stores activity

Should have worked in construction industry for minimum 8 yrs.

Male candidate & Immediate joiners are preferred

Material Inward

Collect the challan from security gate and cross check the security inward register.

Physically verification of incoming and outgoing materials from store with measure, weight, etc.

Day to day recording of store material receipt and consumption.

Checking physical stock as per records.

Receiving material, proper stacking, and recording of receipt.

Issue of material as per the issue slip for different work.

Collection of balance and unused materials at the end of working day.

Follow- up with material supplier for timely supply.

Maintaining records of cash purchase and pick up material from supplier.

Maintaining various registers related to store.

Labour Supervision.
Prepare Monthly report preparing in Excel.

Controlling & recording the inward, outward & stocked materials.

Maintaining & checking inward & outward Register.

Material unloading at site with proper system.

Maintain daily stock statement.

Monthly Debit notes to contractors.

Material yards control/supervision.

Posting all issues in Stock ledger and maintain up to date.

Follow up of material with Supplier& Purchase Dept. after PO raise against Indent in system.

Co-ordination with site execution team, account, purchase dept. for day to day site requirement.

Preparation of daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual statements pertaining to Stores

Record Keeping of Daily Receipt & Issue material details in ERP

Material Receiving, Quantity checking & verifying with PO and Bills

Follow up with procurement Division

Handling all construction related materials

Note: Applicants should have working experience in Buildings Construction Sites.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Buildings Construction

Local candidates will be preferred
