Immigration Counsellor

Aspire Square Group is looking for an enthusiastic Immigration Sales Consultant to advice and guide clients through all the procedures required to ensure their successful immigration on their overseas options and our services.
• As an Immigration Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact with our clients. You must be passionate about interacting with people, a person who is keen to explore and grow in an exciting and cutting-edge industry. This is a critical role within the organization we are looking for a purely passionate experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team.
• We are looking for having an Immigration background with the vast knowledge and by providing expertise, and outstanding service to our clients who meet the requirements.

To be eligible to apply for this Profile you need to fall into below categories: –

• Experience: 2 Year to 4 Years
• Location: Ahmedabad
• Skills: Basic Computer Knowledge, MS Office, learning attitude, Good Communication skill, Managerial skills, organizing skills, Presentation skills, Interpersonal Skills
• Eligibility: Any Graduate
• Joining: Immediate to One Month

Selected Candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include: –

• Making sales call and meeting clients.
• Helping clients understand immigration procedures for Canada and Australia permanent residency.
• Explaining clients and candidates about the various immigration visa process
• Regular follow up on enquiries received.
• Identify, resolve queries & handling objections of clients.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales Oriented and target driven attitude. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Convert leads and inquiries by interacting with the client through telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face discussion, understand the client’s profile and visa requirement and provide appropriate solutions based on the client’s eligibility and the services offered by the company.
• Able to counsel the client for the process of Canada/Australia immigration from starting to end.
• Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family makes an educated choice & the right decision.
• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
• Provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations
• Provide a fair and solid evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising candidates on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
