Job Description:
We are looking for two candidates for Manager Quality & QMS position. Candidates from Light Engineering and Automobile Component Manufacturing Industries are preferred.
Should have 16 to 20 years’ experience with age between 40 to 45 years.
Work Location : Maraimalai Nagar , Chengalpattu District Tamil Nadu.
Must have worked in ISO / IATF Environment.
Thorough Knowledge of Reading of Engineering Drawings.
Must have experience in Handling of General Measuring Instruments , Inspection Gauges , QA Labartory Equipements and Instruments is must.
Experience in Receiving Inspection of Raw Material (Ferrous / Non Ferrous), Consumables and Packing Materials
In-process Inspection and Final Inspection of Forgings and Machined Components
Educating & Training of Supervisors and QA Engineers.
Experience in Reduction of Customer Compliants (Both Technical & Commercial) , Internal Rejections and Elemenation of Waste.
Good Knowledge in Quality Management Systems (ISO / IATF ) , APQP, PPAQ Documentation (Including SPC, MSA)
Must be Qualified IATF Internal Auditor.
Good Exposure to VMC ( Vendor Management Cell) – Vendor Selection, Vendor Assessment , Vendor approval, Vendor Audit and Vendor Rating. For Raw Materials and Sub Contracting Parts.
Good Knowledge and Experience in Heat Treatment of Ferrous / Non-Ferrous Forgings and Surface Treatment Processes for Machined Components (Anodizing, Tin Plating , Nickel Plating , Silver Plating & Painting / Powder Coating)
Candidate must have work in ERP Environment.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS Reporting.
Communication: Good Command over English.
