Job Description

Heavens Manpower Solutions is hiring Mechatronics Technician/ Jr.Engineer at Ernakulam for one of our reputed Client in Automation Field, to improve the production, scrutinize existing processes and designs and make recommendations for improvement.Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and enhancing electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices.
• Execute reliable computer control systems for manufacturing equipment and electro-mechanical processes.
• Creating automated systems and the software to control them.
• Integrate electrical and mechanical systems to enhance manufacturing systems.
• Draft and document programs for electro-mechanical and test systems
• Develop new electro-mechanical concepts for new product lines.
• Identifying areas of weakness in the production line or finished products and making recommendations for improvement.
• Design and execute new electro-mechanical systems for new product lines.
• Understanding problems or client briefs and developing solutions that satisfy them.
• Present reports at internal technical meetings.
• Develop and test mechanical devices for high throughput laboratory automation use.
• Attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to network with others and stay on top of field advancements.

Requirements

• Any graduation or similar courses in mechatronics stream.
• A completed apprenticeship or additional courses would be advantageous.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a team or alone.
• Self-starter with a passion for engineering.
