Overall Administration of Attendance Monitoring, Pay Roll Processing, Wage & Salary, House Keeping, Security, Administration, Transport, Canteen, Contract Labour Management, Maintenance of Stationary Records.Liasoning with Govt. Agencies – Telephones, PF, ESI, Pollution Control Board, Local Municipality Related Works and others.

Plant and Building Maintenance (Painting, Carpentary, Plumping, Govt. Approvals, Property Tax, Water Tax, Guest House Maintenance etc)

Recruitment of Employees in Regular Cadre and Contractual Employment.

Good Knowledge of various Laws related to Manufacturing Industries.
