Position Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monthly Financial reporting P&L, Balance sheet and Cash Flow.

• Preparation of Annual & Quarterly Budget in terms of Finance and analysis between Budgeted and Actual on Monthly Basis & upload in HFM.

• Preparation of Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statement as per IND AS & IGAAP.

• Ensure smooth & timely completion of Statutory & Tax Audit.

• Handling Audit of Internal Financial controls reporting.

• Liaising with Bank & Review of Bank Reconciliation.

• Review & Aging analysis of Accounts payable & ensure timely payments on due dates.

• Maintain Reconciliation of General ledger, Debtors, Creditors & Fixed assets with Sub-ledgers.

• Preparation of Balance sheet & Expenses Schedule.

• Balance sheet review with Division & Prepare reconciliation of HFM data & Statutory Audited Financial.

• Review work of finance team and ensure adequacy.

• Ensure timely completion of Internal Audit.

• Review & Aging analysis of Vendor accounts & ensure timely payments on due dates.

• Ensure Statutory Compliance (TDS, PF, ESIC, Advance Tax, GST).

• Ensure compliance with company law requirement and coordination with Company Secretory.

• Prepare fixed assets acquisition proposal & Maintain Fixed Assets Register.

• Support Other Back-office Team.

  Skills Required:

• Self-motivated.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Working Knowledge of Direct tax, Indirect tax, Corporate Laws.

• Working experience of Hyperion and Microsoft Dynamics AX (preferable)

• Ensure meeting corporate deadlines & work under pressure.

  Education Qualification & Experience required:

  • CA

  • Minimum 4+ years’ post qualified experience
