Job Title: Logistics Executive

Reporting to: Manager – Supply Chain

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose

ASSA ABLOY India is looking for a Billing Executive. The incumbent will be responsible for Order Processing, PI confirmation and raising of Sales Invoice to Support Sales Team in timely processing of Orders subject to Credit Approvals.

What you will be doing:

To manage and be accountable for the placing Orders to Factories as per the Sales Team requirements.

• Order placement to factories/taking order confirmation/following up for readiness date

• Monthly PO Reco with factories

• Monthly inward Reco with warehouse

• Updating the transit sheet on daily basis

• Maintaining AX with proper data i.e pricelist upload, MRP, lead time.

  Who you are:

• A graduate with 2-3 years Experience preferably in Purchase Department

• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience of Microsoft AX will be added advantage.

• Prior Experience in Order processing will be added advantage

  The right candidate will have the ability to work independently with little managerial support and supervision. We believe that you are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain personal and professional integrity while driving and supporting legal risk management and compliance goals.
