About this role:

You are a reporter and storyteller to create compelling contents and stories of everyone and for everyone at Ubisoft. By involving in plenty of studio internal processes and scenarios from game milestones/release to various activities, you sensitively leverage those touch points to promote the Studio value and culture with your pen and camera.

What you will do:
. Support the development and the execution of the employee communication and event plan
. Draft, edit and tailor communications on different channels (including social media) in a timely and creative manner, such as newsletter, interviews, Vlog, etc. for target audiences while securing the ‘Ubisoft Flavor’
. Cooperate with various internal stakeholders to target the communication opportunities
. Support the design and the delivery of employee events and activities, from content development to on spot photographing and video shooting support
. Manage and update staff portrait bank
. Other duties per neededQUALIFICATIONS

What you should be equipped with:
. Passion for engaging people and good at communicating with people
. Exceptional skills and proven experiences in managing and delivering communications in innovative ways
. Excellent Chinese + English writing capability to tailor your message to your audience
. Familiar with the latest communication trends and tools
. Familiar with photographing and video shooting
. Excellent team player
. Dedicated and enthusiastic – dare to make mistake and lead initiatives
