Job Title – HR & Admin Manager (Senior Associate)We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team to support the day-to-day activities of our organization. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. The broader responsibilities include hiring, processing employee data, maintaining records, updating company policies, co-ordinating efforts of different teams and to keep them engaged. Ultimately, the goal is to make sure all HR & Admin related operations run smoothly.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment: · Assess vacant positions and search suitable candidates through various sources such as online HR networks, recruitment websites and HR consultants· Assessment of candidates through tasks in coordination with relevant team· Maintain a database of budgeted positions viz-a-viz current status, number of vacant positions and closed positions.· Coordinate all company’s efforts related to hiring, onboarding, and termination of full-time, part-time, and temporary employees.· Maintain physical and digital personnel records related to the employees.· Updating internal databases with new hire information.On-Boarding & Induction: · Plan and ensure systematic orientation & induction for all new employees· Create and distribute guidelines and important documents about company policiesAttendance and Payroll: · Track daily attendance of employees through Attendance Software· Track leave database, eligibility, availed and closing balances of leaves in attendance Software· Maintain and keep up-to-date the complete database of all employees in payroll in PMS· Manage & process Payroll by updating monthly salary data and processing payments· Manage and process vendor payments through software as and when requiredPerformance Management· Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally through letters/ emails· Organize and facilitate annual / midyear appraisals, receive, verify the forms and share the consolidated outcome in specified formatsEmployee Engagement· Engage employees by conducting training workshops, fun activities, events and outings etc.Exit Formalities · Ensure complete exit documentation is done including resignation letter, experience and relieving letters etc.· Conduct exit interviews in specified formats· Ensure complete handover is done by employee as per handover checklist· Ensure final settlement is done within standard agreed timelineAdministrative Role· Monitor Inventory of office suppliesand the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints· Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation· Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and manage vendors.· Organize and supervise all other administrative work as requiredEducation & Experience: · Any Graduate with good HR experience can apply. A graduate/ post-graduate degree in Human Resource or Social Sciences will be an added advantage.· 2-5 Years of work experienceOther requirements· Proficiency in MS Office· Basic knowledge of labour laws· Ambitious and hungry to achieve in a high growth start-up environment· Learning attitude – should be able to learn fast and adapt fast in the ever-changing requirements of a start-upAbout CompanyAssetYogi is a Fintech Start-up.
