About the Role

This role is focused on quality control, process improvement, and collaboration with our Copy team. If you’re someone with a logical bent of mind, a solid grammatical foundation, and a passion for seamless execution, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project execution for written content – ensuring timelines, expectations, and quality standards are met.
• Review content deliverables for clarity, grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal guidelines.
• Partner closely with copywriters, editors, and stakeholders to understand project goals, client expectations, and tone of voice.
• Flag inconsistencies, gaps, or improvement areas in content and processes—offer clear, actionable suggestions.
• Conduct quality checks, provide structured feedback, and help maintain a high bar for all copy deliverables.
• Track project status, update internal dashboards, and document workflows for accountability and transparency.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks or recurring issues and collaborate with team leads to implement solutions.
• Keep yourself and the team aligned to timelines through effective follow-ups, communication, and coordination.
