Travel Arrangements:
Booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services.
Coordination:
Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
Communication:
Communicating with travellers to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a positive travel experience.
Data Management:
Maintaining accurate records of travel arrangements and expenses.
Inputting data into databases, managing spreadsheets, and preparing reports.
Event Coordination: Assisting with planning and organizing internal and external events.
