Job Purpose:

To support TV9 Network’s transformation narrative by crafting impactful, high-quality communications content that elevates its brand perception across internal and external stakeholders. This role will be central to positioning TV9 not just as a market leader in news but as a pan-India thought leader by shaping newsletters, editorial features and storytelling initiatives that reflect its scale, innovation and leadership journey.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, curate, and edit a fortnightly newsletter for internal and external stakeholders showcasing the TV9 Network’s achievements, initiatives and thought leadership.
• Develop sharp and engaging content that highlights editorial successes, brand stories and employee features.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and build narratives for speaker opportunities, podcasts and mainstream media interactions.
• Assist in shaping content formats such as internal flashes, Duologue Employee Editions and CEO-driven podcast stories.
• Maintain a high editorial standard while translating strategy into compelling storytelling.
• Work with design, video and graphics teams to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of all communication outputs.

Requirement:

• 10+ years of experience in journalism, corporate communications, or editorial strategy.
• Strong command over English with excellent editorial judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex corporate achievements into audience-relevant storytelling.
• Familiarity with both print and digital publishing formats.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the Indian media landscape.
