0-3 years experience in procurement

Strong attention to details

Proficient in excel and comfortable working with numbers

Strong with follow ups

  • Monitoring of stock levels and planning and scheduling of packing materials in line with requirement
  • Manage procure to pay process for packing materials involving raising orders and coordination with suppliers for dispatches
  • Coordinate with suppliers and Accounts Payable team to resolve supplier payment issues
  • Supplier payment reconciliation and obtaining of No Due Certificates from suppliers
  • Provide support to site operations, site facilities and central procurement team

Experience in retail/ e commerce

Willingness to stretch long hours/ weekend/holiday work during peaks if required
