ASTHRA PROJECTS Hiring for Accounts Assistant at Hyderābād Full Time

Duties and responsibilities:

• CRM entry includes sales, purchases, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statements, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements.
• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payments.
• Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
• Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
• Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, TDS, Profession tax.
• Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, Service Tax, Profession Tax, GST, etc.,
• Preparing Bio-Metric Timesheet every day and sending it to the CEO and Group General Manager.
• Prepare ‘Payroll’ at the end of the month for all employees and submit the same to the CEO after the verification from Group General Manager.
• Assist the CEO in distributing the Salaries to the employees.
• Visiting the Banks and do the needful required for the company, as the work demands.
• Should be willing to do any other office work as assigned by the CEO and Group General Manager, internally or externally.
• Should have 2 wheeler of his own.

Personal profile:

• Minimum Qualification: B.Com
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word) is a must and experience in using CRM is highly preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with customers and external contacts.
• Proactive and well organized.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Work Location: Hyderabad ( KPHB, 9th phase, Gokul Plots, Venkataramana Colony, Kukatpalli, Hyderabad – 500085
