Were hiring a Newsletter Writer to join our Daily Newsletter team at AstroVed.

We are seeking an engaging writer who can adapt, match and add value to the personality

of AstroVeds Newsletters. We need a self-starter who can both work independently and

pivot to co-create with colleagues.

We are looking for someone who loves writing, can pen niche-driven content, knows the

knack of keeping it short and sweet while maintaining AstroVed’s tone and voice, and

creates compelling content that is timely, topical and relevant to the global audience.

The ideal candidate would be a skilled communicator who can listen and translate

information into written deliverables. If you have experience creating compelling

narratives and key messages that promote knowledge sharing and inspire action, we

Key Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Tamil.
• 3-5 years of professional writing experience.
• Excellent research, verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent proofreader.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present complex info in clear and concise text.
• Ability to learn quickly, makes sound judgements and work independently in a remote setting.
• Great time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to decipher and distil information and convey it in a compelling, concise and reader-friendly way.
• Ability to communicate in an engaging, passionate style even when writing about complicated niche-based content
• Ability to stay organized, juggle multiple priorities, and complete tasks accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and follow-through.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
