Expleo Hiring for Process Engineer – Body Shop at Chennai, Tamil Nadu Full Time

Responsibilities:
Indutrial Enginering , Project management and supervision

Study the new requirements of various projects, optimize the investment and execution it.

Execute Project activities along with maintenance, process teams and suppliers to get the targeted results within the time frame.

He Should be from Autobile OEM Industry and should have knowledge about Welding process and all Welding equipment’s

Should have knowledge about Budget planning /Advance /Simultaneous Engg / Product knowledge / Simulation/ Body Tooling /Equipments

He should Experience of industrialization of at least 3-4 Model End to End cycle

Should have experience of installation & commissioning of weld shop ( Green field/Brown field)

He should know 3D software to study product and equipment CAD ( CATIA),Auto CAD

He should have knowledge of best Weld shop layout & Material Flow in weld shop

He Should have experience of RFQ Prepartion with all Technical Aspect of complelete body Shop.

He should know Closure Process/Hemming Process/Tool desing/Hemming Proving experience , Robot Teaching etc.

Good Team Player – He can work as CFT to solve Quality issue and co-ordinate

Should have Problem Solving Skills

Qualifications:
B-Tech/B.E

Skills:
Should Worked in Automobile OEM

New Model End to End atleast 3-4 cycle

CAD Software Experience

Weld shop Equipments

Body Joinery Experience

Manufactruing Weld Process End to End

Experience:
8 ~ 14 Yrs
