What you’ll do at Ather:
Build Zero Base Budgets by having a value-based spending approach for business programs assigned to you

Be the finance stakeholder in cross functional scrums working on strategic priorities and organisational OKR’s.

Align, evaluate, and optimise budgets by creating a robust financial transparent environment.

Real time monitoring and controlling of forecasts to ensure financial goals of the organisation are met – involving transactional reviews from budget perspective.

Interact with cross functional teams to evaluate performance for the period and report management PL vis-à-vis plan.

Create robust KPI based variance reporting structure.

Ensure timelines and quality of all the reports.

Benchmarking and monitoring critical KPIs and trends of the EV industry.

Here’s what we are looking for:
Expected to be highly skilled in data analytics and proficient in Excel, VBA & creating PowerPoint presentations. Working experience on SAP is a plus.

Must be able to synthesize and draw conclusions from copious amounts of raw data – Self-starter that takes initiative and is driven by new challenges.

Strong work ethic and rigorous attention to detail

Strong communicator with ability to present concepts, recommendations, and analysis to senior management in a clear, concise and actionable manner.

Demonstrated success in team collaboration; ability to work well cross-functionally.

Passion for learning and relentless improvement; able to work comfortably under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you’ll bring to Ather:
Chartered Accountant (CA); Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, accounting, and/or Economics preferred – 2-4 years of experience in Automobile/FMCG/Retail Industry
