Organize campaigns, competitions and other special emphasis programs to promote EHS culture.
Inspection of fire-fighting equipment and conduct fire drill
Reporting of incidents should be as per the communication protocol set by HQ.
Maintaining track of safety audits and inspections.
Being accountable for fixing safety hazards.
Identify training needs and conduct training for workmen / staff.
Inspect the quality of PPEs and safety gadgets.
Prepare emergency response plan and conduct periodic mock drill
Identify the training needs, schedule the training and impart training to staff, visitors, sub-contractors and workmen.
Daily EHS inspection / Peptalk to be done.
Conduct inspections on a weekly or daily basis.
Evaluate the compliance of legal requirements.
Preparation of EHS risk assessment and facilitate safe operating procedures.
Update the specific SOPs to meet EHS requirements.
