What will I be doing at Ather?

You will be responsible for creating technical documentation for Service at Ather. You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Service Delivery to build well-structured, comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content

• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience – internal vehicle service or customer service teams and service personnel at workshops (service manager, floor supervisors, service advisors, final inspectors & technicians)

• Edit material prepared by other teams for consumption of service staff

• Incorporate animation, graphs, illustrations, or photographs to increase users’ understanding of the material

• Standardize content across platforms and media

• Collect user feedback to update and improve content

• Improve all technical data (databases and documentation) handled in vehicle service

What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?

• Technical knowledge of automobile service and repair

• Writing skills

• Document design & structuring

• Basic understanding of database systems (SAP, DMS)

What should I have graduated in?

Graduation : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics or a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Science
Work Experience : 0-3 years, Automobile industry background is a plus
