Job Description

Brand Studio is hiring a social media specialist who can help execute digital campaigns for the Atlas Copco Group. As a social media specialist, you’d be responsible to develop, execute and measure performance of both organic and paid social media campaigns. Increase the organizations social media engagement and drive web traffic which improves the marketing and sales efforts. You’ll be working closely with multiple stake holders within the Atlas Copco Group.
Responsibilities

• Ability to implement and manage social media strategies and campaigns.
• Define social media KPIs and define short term goals to help achieve the objectives.
• Execute, manage, and share social media content that builds meaningful connections and encourage community members to act.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing and the best practices.
• Experience in managing content through social media management tools – e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot or any similar tool.
• Engage in trainings and programs to upskill.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Work with other teams to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
• Create, Manage, Optimize and Measure Paid campaigns on social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Communicate within the organization, as well as outside of the organization (With Industry professionals and influencers) to create a strong network.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in social media management. (Preferably B2B)
• Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. (Additional knowledge on WhatsApp Business is add-on)
• Proven experience of building and executing social media campaign.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience in researching target audience and creating customer personas for building a relevant audience.
• Good at understanding social media trends.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and setting up KPIs.
• Familiarity with Web design, user experience, and publishing.
• Ability to multitask.
• A critical thinker and a team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelors / master’s degree in marketing (Preferably digital channels)
