Your skill set should include experience and proficiency in transforming a storyboard into an engaging, technically accurate and visually appealing eLearning. You can also create visually impactful, high quality professional presentations. If you love design and communication, have a good eye for international aesthetics and relish the concept of “there is always a better way” then you might just be the person we are looking for.

You will be expected to create new presentations that may require conceptualization or improve existing presentation based on content and storyboard and/or customer briefs. Making the production(s) more visual, engaging and interesting by adding/incorporating/representing content in the form of graphics/infographics/icons, animations, audio-video and interactivity. You are expected to have a high level of conceptual ability with efficient methodology to be able to redefine design within the constraints of cost and time. You need to be excited by the prospect of pushing design in new directions. You should be able to manage your time effectively to be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once in the most efficient manner. You are detail oriented and nothing gets overlooked when it comes to you. You will be required to take full ownership of a job, its deliverables and client communication.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

Degree in Communication design or equivalent.

You have minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant field of presentation or educational design, probably in an independent role.

International experience is an advantage, either through work abroad or through working with international companies and customers.

Experience requirements

You are an advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint with sound knowledge of tools and techniques.

Proficiency in other presentations softwares are desired (Prezi, Sway, Key notes etc)

You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Camtasia and Audacity is desirable.

We work in a PC environment so you should be comfortable using Windows.

Good written and verbal skills in English are required.

Good presentation skills are required.

A keen eye for style and fast turn-around on tasks with attention to detail is a must.
