Operational activities:
1.Conceptualizing & implementing services plans as commissioning, MSI services, ASC Compliances, Breakdown, Free Services.etc.
2.Diagnosing to get root cause of product failures and making investigation reports. (FFR/FSR).
3.Allocation of Engineers as per the calls & skills for the breakdown maintenance & preventive maintenance.
4.Responsible for technical & back support to the service engineers.
5.Achieving parts sales target through proper planning and by conducting health inspection, service campaign, Major customers.
6.Responsible for the manpower and parts sales revenue.
7.Monthly meeting with engineers for reducing service issue & improve engineer’s skills.
8.Monitoring the monthly report with service due & done, RT & TAT, parts & lubricant sales, Quotation submission vs order collection, Road map for upcoming & shortfall of current month.
9.Monitoring service parameters like MTTR (Mean time to respond & restore) & MTCC.
10.Work towards achieving target CSI (customer satisfaction index), SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index).
11.Establish & monitoring the system & service at customer end to proper service of Machine history record, incoming & outgoing, complaint register, schedule service record, etc.
12.Ensure best utilization of service engineer 20 man days.
13.Monitoring Feedback calls from customers for engineer site visit.
14.Any other activities defile by management time to time.
Business development: –
1.Visiting the market for the purpose of interfacing with the customers & developing value contracts with individual customers.
2.Meeting with 15-20 customers every month to build up the customer rapport and to get the level of customer satisfaction.
3.Providing best services to present customers for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business for sales.
4.Resolutions of critical customer’s complaints/field issues- troubleshooting.
Relationship Management: –
1.Running service operations for increasing customer satisfaction and driving spare parts sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.
2.Governing the inventory function of spares involving planning for storage and use of material so as to improve storage conditions and reduce expenses & wastage to minimum.
Qualification Required:
Should be Mechanical Engineer Only.
Should have minimum 8 -10 Years of Experience in Service only (Automobile / Excavators industries)
Must be Team Handling Experience. he should have to handle minimum 20 engineers
Preferred immediate joiner.
