Responsibilities and Duties
The job role provides a dynamic environment with variety of responsibilities including reading 2D AutoCAD plans, analysing data and measurements, making changes and entries based on instructions and other responsibilities based on customer’s needs.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in cost management & quantitative survey
- Measurements using Adobe from architectural AutoCAD plans & its estimation for tendering reviews
- Identification of Interior fitouts/ items variation and its rate analysis
- Ability to analyse building/construction plans via 2D AutoCAD drawings
- Process orders and jobs through the online system
- Ability to identify inaccuracies and gaps and collaborate to reach an effective solution
- Excellent communication skills in English – oral and written
- Collaborate openly & effectively within and outside the team
Following skills are not essential but will be highly regarded
- Experience Knowledge of how quantities are taken from architectural plans
- Knowledge of interior cabinetry and kitchen design
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹440,000.00 per year
