We have an exciting and rare opportunity for you to work as an Operations Manager for an Australian Accounting division.

Where you will be working closely with and reporting daily to the Australian CPA partner.

What we are looking for?

Ø 5+ years of experience with Australian Outsourced Accounting environment.

Ø Currently working as a manager or team leader position and managing a team 15+ staff

Ø Technical knowledge about Australian accounting, taxation and SMSF compliance

Ø Knowledge of Xero software package is a must; experience with QuickBooks, Handisoft, MYOB will be an advantage

Ø Strong communication skills with exceptional organisational skills

Ø Proven experience in dealing with clients and negotiation skills

Ø Experience in accounts finalisation, tax planning and reviewing tasks of other team members

Ø Qualifications: CA/CPA/ACCA or M.Com/inter CA with strong technical background

Key deliverables

Ø Leading and developing the team

Ø Training/helping staff on technical aspects

Ø Expected to provide valuable inputs in setting up SoP or similar documents

Ø Implement and monitor staff KPIs

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Australia Accounting: 5 years (Required)
• Xero Software: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CA/CPA/ACCA or M.Com/inter CA (Required)
