Location : Bangalore/ Pune
Experienced level : 3 – 5 Years (Only)
Job Details
Manage production batch scheduling and administration on BMC Control-M in midrange environment.Have hands on with Control-M version 9.x or higher with experience on migration/upgrade.Implement complex scheduling requirements and setting up Control-M calendars.Implement changes/tasks and incidents in the support queue and driving problems to resolution within SLA.Perform root cause analysis of problems encountered.Co-ordinate with the varied support groups within Atos to resolve issues pertaining to OS and DB. • Plan, implement and participate in Disaster Recovery exercise.Understanding of ITIL framework and processes.BMC Control-M Administration Training and Certification preferred.Knowledge on MS Office, BMC Remedy and TSOM preferred.Work in 24/7 environment with on-call rotation.
