Position: Manager Programs [ Education ]

Location: Delhi / Lucknow

CTC: 10 to 12 LPA

Qualification: Master’s degree in any field

Experience: 6-10 years

Job Description

• Build and execute large-scale program implementation strategy for FLN programmes in thousands of schools across multiple districts and states.
• Manage stakeholder relationships withsenior Government officials, donors, partner organisations, and senior

management team.

• Review and monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Build and manage a solid team to effectively execute FLN programmes
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to build adequate back-end support

for the programme.

• Develop indicators and key metrics to track the progress of various programmes. Set up processes and MIS systems

Job Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategizing and management of large-scale programmes
• Strong data management and analysis skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in the government system and

cross-functional teams within the organisation

• Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Hindi
