Amazon is looking for a high-energy, results oriented individual to manage Procurement of Covid PPE phase wise distributions. This role works in a fast paced environment with quickly changing priorities, strategic approach, should be able to respond quickly to meet fast paced requirements with strong communication and technological skills. He or she should be able to manage multiple stakeholders and a reasonable number of vendor partners.

Key job responsibilities

1) To strategize with vendors for consumables and shipping supplies requirements related to EDSP Covid PPEs

2) Should be able to independently raise PR, timely closure of POs.

3) Managing PPE process and handling day to day challenges related to issues raised by vendors/program/finance/procurement team and ensuring timely closure.

4) Maintaining MIS as per the requirement.

5) Process Improvement and Simplification.

6) Highly proficient in COUPA.

7) Skilled in 4M management.

2) Stock keeping and management tools.

3) ERP and MS Excel/Quip/Other spreadsheet applications

4) Exposure to 3P Operations and Contract Negotiations.
