Job Description:

Performs work focusing on software, maintenance, and operations of systems used by AT&T or its clients to conduct business. Performs feasibility assessments, creates requirements, manages projects, and integrates and tests technical solutions for software. Includes systems analysis and application programming, database (data resource) management and security, computer operations, data science and information technology support.

Assures uninterrupted availability and operation of the installed base of information technology systems (all components: hardware, software, and network). Designs and implements disaster recovery procedures along with managing day-to-day operation, administration and support planning for installed base. Performs system and application tuning, optimizing use of technical resources. Provides technical advice and performs complex technical troubleshooting for a wide-range of hardware, software, telecommunications or network products or applications.
