Job Responsibilities:
. Manage general ledger, Accounts payable and receivables.
· Ability to process book keeping functions daily and reconciling account ledger.
· Respond to phone calls and emails and resolving customer’s queries.
· Draft letters and requesting check for overdue accounts.
· Maintain PO, billing and bank activities, TDS and Inventory management.
· Liaise with customers, vendors and other third parties to ensure payments are made and received in a timely manner.
· Provide accounting support to other departments as needed.
· Ensure the accuracy of records and database.
