Quality Control Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality

Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.

• Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved
• Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on production
• Accomplish the QC cycle of a factory by controlling samples; follow up materials production in- house status, materials in-house testing, organize PP meetings, cutting permission, inspection, reporting & record keeping.
• Understand fabrics, wash, shade, garments measurement, and AQL system
• Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples. To give size set sample approval
• Conducting pre-production meeting before production start.
• Perform inline and final inspection
• Provide training and education to the quality & production personnel; maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the buyer specifications.
• Audit of the packed goods prior to offering shipment to buyer.

Candidate Profile

• Age: Between 25-35 years
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Garments Export/buying house
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal, decision making, problem-solving, good analytical skills, statistical chart, and reporting skill.
• Industry-specific technical knowledge.

• Languages known: English and Hindi
• Salary: Not constraint for the right candidate

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
