Responsibilities:

• Support the asset management team in tracking and maintaining an inventory of office equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure accuracy of asset records.
• Help coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and replacements as required.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify asset needs and ensure timely procurement.
• Assist in tracking asset assignments, transfers, and returns.
• Support asset disposal processes in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
