Autism Center of Excellence Hiring for Medical Billing Executive – Remote – US Shift at Remote Full Time

Autism Center of Excellence is a Premier Autism Therapy Center located in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We offer ABA Therapy to children from 2 years to 12 years of age in a child-centered family-oriented environment.

Autism Center of Excellence is currently looking for a Service Coordination Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of insurance billing information including modifiers, authorization criteria, CPT, ICD- 10 coding and payor specific requirements
• Propose process improvements to address repeated issues or trends
• Maintain the First Pass resolution rate for practices at 90% or above
• Maintain the aging of Client Review AR bucket at less than 10% for 90+ and less than 20% for 60+ AR at all times
• Support the development and maintenance of Payor performance metrics (Denial Rate by payor, Gross Collection Rate by payor etc) Goals:
• Identify trends in denials and other issues being moved to “Client review” buckets on a daily basis
• Weekly reporting on Root Cause issues for AR being moved to Client review buckets and escalate issues that needs Practice’s attention
• Examine denials resulting from non-compliance to Payor billing requirements, work with the Payor to find a resolution, and implement the correction by escalating to Leadership
• Review 120+ AR for collection feasibility and determine adjustments required
• Maintain communication with Payors regarding changes to policies and procedures and communicate the same to Leadership
• Provide daily report, timesheet, and progress report

Requirements:

• MUST be available to work on US timings (India night shift). All the work will be performed by the candidate remotely from their home.
• MUST have strong command on spoken English.
• MUST be proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
• MUST own a cell phone with a data plan, a good Internet connection. Mic and Laptop.
• Candidate MUST have Good Work Ethics and be available as needed by the company

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
