We’re seeking a qualified Business Development Manager to handle and motivate the team of sales associates and make sure to work on team targets. The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals.

We are looking for ideal candidates who should have the skill of managing a team, motivating skills, and work planning skills.

Job Location: Work From Home(Permanent)

Selection process: HR Round followed by Head of Sales round.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Salary offered: As per industry standards

Working days: 6 days (Sunday is fixed off)

Shifts:10:00am -7:00 pm

Experience:- 1-4 yrs

Mandatory language: Hindi and English

Laptop/wi-fi: candidates are to use their own laptops.

Additional Compensation: If applicable, this will be decided on the basis of your designation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Degree
• 1 – 5 years prior industry related business development experience

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
