Auto Mechanics Hiring for Team Leader at Remote Full Time

We’re seeking a qualified Team Leader to handle and motivate the team of sales associates and make sure to work on team targets. The sales associate will utilize their skills to generate high-quality leads, build strong relationships with customers, and close deals.

We are looking for ideal candidates who should have the skill of managing a team, motivating skills, and work planning skills.

Job Location: Currently Remote

Selection process: HR Round followed by Head of Sales round.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA is preferred)

Salary offered: 40k-50k (incentives available if the candidate achieves more than what the actual target is set by the company)

Working days: 6 days (Sunday is fixed off)

Shifts:10:00am -7:00pm

Experience :- 3+

Mandatory language: Hindi and English

Laptop/wi-fi: candidates are to use their own laptops.

Additional Compensation: If applicable, this will be decided on the basis of your designation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3-4 years prior industry related business development experience

Salary: ₹480,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
