• Responsible for warranty decision for the product defects reported to workshop
• Detail reporting of complaint, investigation and rectification for vehicles under warranty
• Coordinate with DICV AO for required approvals for warranty claims
• Warranty failed parts tagging and storage in workshop
• Dispatch of all the failed parts to DICV on request
• Failed parts scrapping in presence of DICV representative
• Ensure disposal of failed parts scrap
• Follow up with DICV for warranty claim settlement & reimbursement
• Upkeep of warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits
• Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers for their respective parts warranty claim
• Update workshop personnel on latest warranty policy changes
