Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
• Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data.
• Analyze external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools.
• Formulate a plan and present it to senior management or a client.
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices
• Distill complex marketing analysis into clear, simple presentations.
• Maintaining the data in SAP.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in quantitative discipline or graduate degree.
• 2-3 years of work experience in SAP consulting, marketing research or data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SAP-SD or MM & CRM programs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Experience in analytic and statistical techniques related to multivariate A/B testing, customer segmentation and marketing effectiveness.
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
• Intermediate programming experience with a scripting language (Python preferred).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Good knowledge of statistical packages (like R, SPSS, SAS), databases.

Preferred Skills: Demonstrated experience in predictive modeling and experimental design.

Salary: 4,75,000 – 5,50,000 P.A.
