The incumbent will be part of JPMC’s Talent Acquisition Operations & Onboarding team. The Talent Acquisition Operations & Onboarding team is responsible for the day to day operations of the team supporting back end work for JPMC Talent Acquisition team. The team is responsible for evaluating and establishing streamlined and consistent process across global Talent Acquisition Operations teams. Process evaluations will be done to provide improved efficiencies and improved candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience. In addition, Operations lead will be responsible to sustain compliance based on firm guidelines and analyzing formal monitoring results to self-identify issues and corresponding global solutions.
