We are looking for an autonomous person, with strong levels of analytical skills and proactiveness, able to work with all the different departments to undertake all aspects of financial management, regulatory and financial reporting, business analysis, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development and improvement of business.

🚀 Your next challenge

• Preparation of Yearly Budgets based on Strategy devised by Management.
• Preparation of rolling Forecasts on quarterly basis and Risk and Opportunity as defined by Area from time to time.
• Preparation of monthly commentary on financial achievements and analyze financial data to identify results, trends, opportunities and corrective measures.
• Develop business dashboards, KPIs and plans for business visibility and financial growth, evaluating and managing risks.
• Suggest updates and improvements for finance department as well as business.
• Support Business with providing key feedbacks on achievement of various KPI’s.
• Bring process improvement in areas deemed important and to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
• Report to the Controller with timely and accurate financial information.
• Assist the Controller in presenting reports to headquarter and board members.
• Knowledge of IFRS principles.
• Candidate will manage a team of 2 people.

🌟 You’re a match

• CA with 5-6 yrs of experience .
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and Good level of knowledge on Excel as well as with ERP systems (Navision is preferential but not essential).
• Ability to think creatively and to work in a team collaboratively.
• Proven experience in finance management.
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Autonomous and rigorous, with good priorities management skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, perform multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.
• Candidate should be solution oriented.
