Position Overview

In this role, you will be part of a highly energetic team of engineers working on Autodesk Enterprise Platform to assemble, enrich and enhance the data as per the business needs. You would be part of the team working on providing advisory services and support to business in deriving sales strategies. you will be working to build robust and scalable self-service platform for Autodesk while using innovative technologies in big data space.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience working in data testing the various point of data entry/ingestion, transformation, processing and final consumption by data analytics, reporting tools

• Experience with AWS, Snowflake

• Must have experience with Testing Big Data for Volume, Variety and velocity Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL Database

• Understanding of software design and programming in SQL and Python or any other coding language

• Good scripting skills in Shell scripting, expertise in QA practices and policies

• Experience with the following types of testing: Data validation, Functional, Usability

• This position will create and execute regression suite after release or maintenance activities. Analyze and dig deep into errors and send recommendations to the development team

• Excellent communication

• Develop and execute a complete test strategy

• Performance, security, and scalability

• Create automated testing scripts using Shell or Python as required

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or MS in computer science or a related field with 8+ years of experience

• 5-8 years with relevant Testing experience required

• Experience with Data Quality frameworks/tools

• Advanced working SQL and No-SQL knowledge and experience working with relational Databases (SQL/ORACLE/MySQL etc.)

• Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Data pipeline/Glue, Lambda, Dynamo DB etc.)

• Excellent data and statistical analysis skills

• Working experience in Agile methodologies

• Strong programming skills in either Java, Scala or Python

• Experience with Hive and one relational DB

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to learn new technical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL (snowflake)

• Experience with Kanban methodology
