ABOUT YOUR ROLE: Assistant Manager – Procurement Finance supports the business for cost related information and analysis, like Raw Material Cost analytics, Transfer Prices and Payables. Proficiency with advance Excel and familiarity with ERP system is must (Working Experience on Mfgpro will be preferred). He/ She should have good interpersonal skills to work effectively with other stakeholders YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Regional/Country reporting for driving Procurement KPIs across Asia Pacific Region.
• Monthly Product Standard Cost updation & analytics.
• Variance analysis for Price, Usage and Inventory related on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate decision making for Vendor Change through End to End Financial Impact analysis
• Leading annual Budgeting & forecasting of Procurement related KPIs from finance.
• Provide cost information to businesses/product managers with latest inflation/deflation for pricing decisions.
• To ensure the monthly/quarterly closing activities & reporting on time.
• Ensuring Transfer price calculation & analytics quarterly.
• Look for opportunities to improve the process effectiveness and improvements.
• Planning and Forecasting of Raw Material/Imported Laminates Prices Inflation/Deflation through liasioning with the Procurement team.
• Liasioning with logistics for Freight analytics.
• Driving results through monthly Management reviews.

Qualifications
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• A Chartered or Cost accountant with 2-3 years of experience. Worked in Costing in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
• Proficient in using computers and related software in performing financial job tasks, specifically setting up spreadsheet formulas, linking spreadsheets, extracting data, developing graphs.
• Skill in understanding and communicating complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to work well with all levels of organization
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Open for both International & domestic travels.
