Addressing those customer complaints within the stipulated turn-around-time.
Ensuring that the customer complaints are resolved within the stipulated TAT.
Ensuring the maintenance of Customer Satisfaction Index Score.
Update and maintain all records relating to customer satisfaction surveys.
