v Experience- 3-5 years

v Location – Gurugram.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in execution of the ‘Request for Selection’ (Rfs) Tender / Agreement, drafting documentation and other compliances.

2. Preparation of financial projections for the Project of the Company as Per requirement.

3. Raising debt for the project from Financial Institutions, active negotiation & closure of Sanction terms with Lenders & Investment Bankers.

4. Compliance of Pre-Commitment Condition and Pre-disbursement condition, coordinating with Lender’s Counsel and other Lender’s Consultant.

5. Taxation and Accounting compliances of the Company.

6. Compliance work related to Debenture / Equity / Preference Share Issue.

7. MIS / Budget for the company as required.

8. Tax Compliance & Tax Planning of various entities including individuals, firms and companies

9. Preparing and filing of Income Tax return of Companies

10. Income Tax Assessment related work such as drafting letters for various Assessments; submission of documents.

11. Attending Scrutiny Assessment 143(3), Income Escaping Assessment 147, Responding to Intimations of Demand 143(1) and getting cases resolved

12. Statutory audit Compliance as Per company Act 2013.

13. Drafting of Audit report and Coordination with auditors.

Requirements

Must be cleared Charted Accountant with minimum of 3 years of experience in a reputed concern.
