Job Description

The company is a Japanese multinational working in HRtech Space.

Purpose:
The person will be leveraging our AI/ML based Recruitment & HR tech product to Manufacturing sector(Specifically in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile domain) in India.

KRA’s:
Driving business across sectors specifically to manufacturing/engineering/automotive companies

Leading the team

New Business Development & account management

Meet and engage effectively with the head of HR/CTO/Strategic Heads/Business Heads/CXO levels of various manufacturing companies

Search for and negotiate with potential business partners

Search for and negotiate with universities with which we can collaborate

Requirements

・5-10 years of working experience at any Job portal or HR Tech company in enterprise sales to manufacturing industries

・Should have connection with HR dept of manufacturing companies, who has top management connection big companies and manufacturing companies

・ Strong interest and commitment to our business

【Preferred Requirement】

・Most preference is for automotive and other manufacturing sectors, which has got to do something with industrial machinery, engineering (non-IT)

The sectors should be where machines are used and not where old manufacturing tools and systems are being used
