Infosys Hiring for Analyst (Research) – Corporate Strategy at Bengaluru East, Karnataka, India Full Time

• Track and analyze key market and client priorities related to growth strategies, competition, innovation, industry disruptions, and alliances and ecosystems.
• Present to-the-point and actionable insights/recommendations for Infosys’ senior leadership with an acute focus on ‘so-what’ for Infosys’ clients and businesses
• Apply research tools and methodologies to draw original insights, develop consultative solutions and publish industry white papers.
• Connect various pieces of information by identifying patterns and forming logical structures to present a compelling story.
• Contribute to team activities and guide new team members; Manage project results adhering to quality guidelines
• Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders from Infosys offices spread across geography, units and teams to understand, refine, and manage project expectations and priorities.Strategic Communication
• Managing all strategic communication from the CSO’s office and interaction with the other stakeholders
• Report important industry updates and review changes / developments closely to assess impact
• Anchor business planning and operational reviews periodically: Support in preparing the review decks and sharing insights with the CXO prior to the reviews

Capabilities / Skill sets:

• Exceptional attention to detail and project ownership.
• Analytical, statistical and inductive thinker (someone who is keen on recognizing patterns)
• Ability to convert/visualize ambiguous ideas into research and thought papers; Experience working directly with senior leadership is preferred.
• Professional business writing, report writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of data collection and management, modelling and interpretation across complex data sets especially Company Financial Statements
• Basic knowledge of at least one or two industries is preferred, especially in terms of, Key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the industry or understanding of the demand-supply-prices and economic factors driving the KPIs.
• Demonstrate agility and resilience in high-pressure environments, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
• Exercise considerable judgment in building relationships across all levels in the organization.
• Exposure to Gen AI tools and experience in prompt engineering is an advantage.
