OverviewThe Security HCM plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of all employees, assets, and information within the organization. This position is essential for establishing and maintaining a secure environment by implementing and overseeing security measures and protocols and developing strategies to mitigate potential risks. The Security HCM will lead a team of security professionals, conduct risk assessments, and develop emergency response plans to safeguard the organization’s operations.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and protection of all personnel and assets.
• Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective security operations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend measures to mitigate potential threats.
• Design and implement access control and surveillance systems to monitor and maintain the security of physical spaces.
• Develop and maintain emergency response and crisis management plans, ensuring readiness to address any security incidents or threats.
• Coordinate with external law enforcement agencies, security vendors, and emergency services to enhance security measures and responses.
• Monitor security threats and trends, and develop strategies to proactively address emerging risks and challenges.
• Investigate and resolve security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide security awareness training and promote a culture of security and compliance among employees.
• Stay updated with the latest security technologies, best practices, and regulations to continuously improve security operations.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, developing security procedures, and managing security operations.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols, access control systems, surveillance technologies, and security best practices.
• Rich Experience in SAP ECC Security.
• Knowledge of HR Security (HCM authorization concept) to understand and advise on the solution.
• SF ECP, SF EC, and IAG experience for SF ruleset would be a plus.
• Exposure to SAP BW/BI/BOBJ Security.
• Experience and hands-on experience on GRC 10.0.
• Worked on IDM 7.2/8.0 Security.
• Worked on SAP PO Security.
• Worked on SAP Portal Security.
• Understanding the role design document and identifying the client requirements.
• Risk ID creation and assignment to appropriate approvers & monitors for the risk.
