AWATAC Group Hiring for Senior Accounts Executive at Hyderābād Full Time

5+ yrs Experience handling key/corporate accounts in freight forwarding industry mandatory

Responsibilities and Required skills :

• Relevant experience of 8-10 Years.
• Book Keeping, Ability to pass entries in Tally for the Sales, Purchases, Cash, Bank and other Journal entries.
• Ability to Monitor all the customer dues on a periodic basis and follow up.
• Ability to Monitor all the creditors dues on periodic basis and processing for payment.
• Skilled in debit notes / credit notes.
• Monthly reconciliations of sales & purchases from the Internal MIS System with Tally.
• Skilled in GST and ability to Pass the Input & Output entries in Tally. Knowledge in TDS, TCS and Old Tax Regime impacts like Service Tax / VAT / CST etc.
• Knowledge of ESI, EPF, and PT and other Employee Benefits like Mediclaim etc.
• Verification of monthly statements which we received from OEM and reconciling the same.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports and submission to Superiors on timely basis.
• knowledge in Insurance Claims and Process and Verification of Insurance Claims on a timely basis and doing follow-up for the Out Standings.
• Ability to do BRS and Cash Handling.
• Knowledge in E Waybills and Creation of E waybills.
• Knowledge in Process of Preparation of Financials and able to do Expenses Reports and Revenue reports on a Monthly Basis.
• Ability to Work under Pressure and should be flexible with the Timings.
• Coordination with the Internal & Statutory Auditors as and When Required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with specialized degree in Logistics and minimum 5 years of experience in Freight forwarding industry only would be considered. Should be able to speak and understand local language, English and Hindi. Proficient in using MS Office and email.
